Somali judge is elected President of ICJ

A Somali judge judge by the name of Abdulqawi Ahmed is elected president of ICJ. Judge Abdulqawi who was born in Eyl, workes as a member of the Court since February 2009; vice-President of the Court from February 2015 to February 2018 is now elected president of the court.
